Lidia Nikolskaia How it works Packages Pricing Book a call Conference as a sales channel Turn your conference ticket into a sales channel Conferences are among the best places to meet your potential customers and build trust with them. But many people arrive unprepared and try to find leads “off the vibe”. I build a sales system that helps you get the most out of your time at the conference with prospects. While you’re on the floor, I’m behind the screens: finding the right people, booking meetings and making sure every good conversation gets a follow-up. I support you before, during and after the event, so you can focus on the in-person conversations and turn them into leads and sales. You bought the ticket. Now let’s make sure it pays off. Would you like to know more or discuss terms? Book a free 20-minute call Who it’s for This is for B2B tech teams (Seed to Series B startups or more mature companies) who go to conferences to build pipeline, but don’t have a team to support them. BizDev teams, scouts and GTM leads who need the event to show a real return. Founders who still lead sales and can’t spend weeks preparing and following up. Heads of Sales with a quota and no SDRs or field marketing yet. Why conferences often don’t pay off Between the ticket, flights, hotel and several days away from your desk, a conference is a big investment, up to €7,000 in some cases. Most of its value is lost in three places: Before No target list, few meetings booked, no time to research who’s coming. During Back-to-back conversations, no notes, and no way to tell who really mattered. After A full inbox waiting at home, so follow-ups go out a week late, or never. Together, we can make sure the conversations you travel for turn into the pipeline you came for, with someone in your corner at every step. How it works, step by step Here is the full process. The tags next to each step show which package includes it; you’ll find the packages described in the next section. 01 Getting to know your businessAll packages I learn your business, your ideal customer, what matters to you and why. Together we set a concrete goal for the event: the number of qualified calls you want to book. This call is a must: the better I understand you, the better your meetings. 02 Compiling your target listFull Conference Package I go through the event app and LinkedIn, research attendees and their companies, and shortlist the companies that fit you best, with a reason for each. For every company, I pick the most senior relevant person, plus a Head of Sales or BD contact as a backup. 03 Filling out your profile and preparing outreachFull Conference Package I write your event-app profile so the right people want to meet you, and draft your connection requests and opening messages. 04 Reviewing the campaign togetherFull Conference Package Before anything goes out, you see the shortlist, your profile and the messages, and decide whether we go ahead. 05 Launching outreachFull Conference Package Connection requests and messages go out in your name, and meetings get booked into your calendar. 06 Preparing your meeting briefsFull Conference Package For every meeting, a one-page brief: who they are, what their company does, and what’s worth discussing. 07 Preparing your pitchPitch PrepFull Conference Package I write a short pitch for each type of person you’ll meet, plus ready-to-send messages, and we rehearse twice: once to make it sound like you, once to stress-test it with hard questions and interruptions. 08 Supporting you live at the eventLive Co-pilot + Follow-upFull Conference Package Met someone new? What you get Timely follow-ups and scheduled calls with prospects. Live Co-pilot + Follow-up A package that includes live support and follow-ups handling. Why trust me I’m Lidia Nikolskaia, and I build sales systems for B2B tech companies. I have 8+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales and strategy across the US, UK and European markets, at FTI Consulting, Credit Suisse, UniCredit and SteppeChange, and an MBA from London Business School. I have attended 30+ networking events and conferences, and organized 3 events with a footfall of 200+ people, so I know firsthand how to be effective at your networking. My conversion rate (relevant conversations to calls) sits at 30+%. Case 1: My own sales practice In September 2026, at a startup summit in Eastern Europe that had 4.5k people in attendance, I ran this exact process for my own business. Researched 150+ attendees using my filtering system Booked 8 meetings with qualified leads Scheduled follow-up calls with 4 of them (50% of the original list) Results: after the calls I proceeded with sale negotiations with 3 of them; 1 prospect in nurture. Case 2: Mainframe Finance, two conferences back to back I supported Mainframe Finance, a Swiss tech startup, and its CRO Alena Kachaeva, at two back-to-back conferences, starting with only two days’ notice. Researched attendees in the event app and on LinkedIn, and shortlisted the people worth meeting, with a reason for each Wrote her event-app profile, sent connection requests and drafted opening messages for her approval Scheduled at least 2 meetings at each event Prepared a brief for every meeting and looked up new contacts on request, live Results: of the 4 meetings that I scheduled for the client, 3 led to a potential partnership or sale. “Lidia joined only two days before the conference, and honestly, I did not expect much in such short time. But she found the people I really needed to meet, and for every person she explained why. During the event I just send her a name, and within a very short time I had a short brief about this person. For me as a CRO this is very important: I can concentrate on the conversations, not on research. Now we prepare the next conference together from the start.” Alena Kachaeva, CRO at Mainframe Finance Pricing Package Fee Success fee Follow-up Sprint €400, paid upfront None Live Co-pilot + Follow-up €600, paid upfront None Pitch Prep €300 on its own; included in the Full Conference Package None Full Conference Package €1,000 upfront, after you approve the campaign €100 per qualified prospect (max. 15) Full Conference Package explained Everything in one package. It includes the Live Co-pilot + Follow-up and Pitch Prep, plus all the pre-event work: your target list, event-app profile, outreach, and meetings booked before you arrive. I’m invested in your results. That’s why part of my fee is a success fee: €100 for each qualified prospect I help you meet. You see your leads before you pay. Before anything goes out, I show you the leads I’ve found. Names are hidden, but you’ll see their roles, their industries and why each one is on the list, along with your event-app profile and the outreach messages. Happy with the list? You pay the upfront fee, outreach launches, and the success fee applies from there. Not happy? You pay nothing, no questions asked. We start at least two weeks before your event. The review takes place at least one week before your event, so there’s still time to book meetings. The briefing call is a must: the list is only as good as what you tell me about your business. What counts as a qualified prospect For the Full Conference Package. We agree on it together before we start: The person matches your target profile (role, company size, region). You pay once per prospect, for your first meeting with them, at the event or within 30 days after. Any follow-up calls with the same person are included. The meeting actually takes place, not just booked. You confirm it within 48 hours. I promise meetings, not deals. What happens in the meeting is up to you, and I’ll help you prepare for it. Take a look at how I work This is the exact workbook I use with clients, filled in for a made-up company so you can see how it works in practice. All people and companies in it are fictional. Open the sample workbook Target list The companies worth meeting, each with a primary and a backup contact, the signal that they need what you sell, their status and the angle for the conversation. Meeting brief One page per meeting on who they are, why they matter, what to ask and which next step to propose. Pitch sheet Your short pitch for each type of person you’ll meet, plus ready-to-send messages. Results tracker Goal versus actual, from the first message to calls booked and held. FAQ Do you come to the event? No. I work remotely, which is exactly why I can respond within hours while you’re busy on the floor. Whose name do messages go out in? Yours.
