Stuck connecting an assistant, a page that won't publish, a question about your account or your data? Tell us and a person on the spacesheep team will answer.
Ways to reach us
- Email support@spacesheep.dev. Write from the address on your account so we can find it, and include the link to the page if it's about one.
- In the app: Feedback in the account menu (or the ⋯ menu on any page) opens your own thread with the team, where you can attach screenshots and see our replies.
- From your assistant: in Claude, ChatGPT or any client connected to spacesheep, ask it to send feedback to spacesheep. It files the message in that same thread, so you don't have to leave the conversation.

- Connecting Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another assistant: Get started walks through each one. The server URL is

- What each tool does: the docs list every tool your assistant can call.
- Disconnecting an assistant: every connected app is listed in Settings → API keys; revoking it there ends its access at once.
- Deleting your account: email us from the address on the account; we action it within 30 days. What we keep and why is in the privacy policy.
- A page used for phishing or abuse: report it. A security issue: see Security.
