By using spacesheep you agree to what's below. It's short on purpose.

Your account

You need a working email address, and you're responsible for what happens under your account — including anything an AI agent or a connected app does with a key or OAuth grant you issued. Revoke a connection in Settings if you didn't intend it.

Your content stays yours

You keep every right you have in the spaces you deploy and the messages you write. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, serve it to the people you've given access to, and process it through the providers listed in the privacy policy. You're responsible for having the rights to what you publish.

Acceptable use

Don't use spacesheep to:

publish malware, phishing pages, or anything designed to deceive people into giving up credentials or money;
host content that's illegal where you or your readers are, or that infringes someone else's rights;
harass, threaten, or target a person, or publish someone's private information without their consent;
impersonate a person or organization, including through a space's design;
attack the platform — scraping at a scale that degrades it, circumventing access controls or usage limits, or probing other accounts' data;
resell the service or use it as generic file hosting unrelated to publishing pages.

We can suspend or remove content and accounts that break these rules, and we'll tell you why when we can.

Third-party keys and services

The agent and the in-viewer assistant run on an LLM key you supply. Usage is billed to you by that provider, under their terms, and we don't control their availability or output. The same goes for any surface you connect.

Availability

spacesheep is provided as-is, without warranties. There's no uptime guarantee. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose — the /sheep skill keeps a local source directory for every space precisely so a deploy is never your only copy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending it

You can stop using spacesheep and delete your spaces at any time; email support@spacesheep.dev to delete the account outright. We may terminate an account for a serious or repeated breach of the acceptable-use rules above.

Changes

These terms can change. Material changes get a new date at the top and a note in the changelog; continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
